The use of Sildenafil Citrate tablets in the same time with some
other drugs may cause undesirable or dangerous results. Among the drugs
that can potentially interact with sildenafil citrate are:
- Nitrates
- Alpha blockers
- Antifungals
- Nitroprusside
- Cimetidine
- Ritonavir and other protease inhibitors
- Amlodipine
- Erythromycin
- Saquinavir
- Other medications for impotence
Also, in some cases Grapefruit and grapefruit juice has interacted with
sildenafil tablet. The interaction could lead to potentially adverse effects.
